Day 12 thru 15 thankful days

Day 12  what texture are you thankful for?
I love the feel of sheets dried out on the clothes line they feel so soft and
snuggly.



Day 13  What abilities am I grateful for?
Abilities that I am capable of   wow, there is so many
My patience I would have to say takes top rank here  I prayed so many years
for patience then God kept testing me to see if I was sincere and one
day I said father I am sincere, please just a little bit of patience....
also, I love the ability of caring for people IE being a nurse
I definitely missed my calling

However, I love the ability that God gives me every day when he paints
beautiful paintings for me to photograph



Day 14 what sight am I grateful for?
I am grateful seeing Gator and my mom getting around as well as they both are
I am also grateful for the hand paintings we see all around us when he
paints!



Day 15 what season am I grateful for?

I love the smells and beauty of spring, the colors of fall
but Christmas I am thankful for if we didn't have no Christmas there would
be no CHRIST,  Easter without Easter we would not have the resurrection of our
Lord and Savior.










Day 16 I am thankful for that first sale with my LIPSENSE BUSINESS!! this
has been a long time coming!  BTW ladies if you have never tried LIPSENSE

you are missing out.

Day 11 of Thanks

What holiday am I thankful for?
Veteran's Day, Memorial Day as our Veteran's deserve recognition every day not
just 2 days out of the year.

I am also thankful for CHIRSTmas and Easter as this is the birth of our
Savior and resurection  Jesus truly paid the ultimate price


Colossians 1:13-1413 For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness
 and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves, 
14 in whom we have redemption, the forgiveness of sins. 

Day 10 of Thanks

Today I am very thankful for all the Veterans past, present and our future veterans
it really saddens me that we only recognize them on 2 different days

Myself, I always thank a veteran no matter where I am at just to let him/her know
they are appreciated all of the time not just 2 days of the year

this is my dad in 1952 in the US ARMY
Korea not even 20 yrs of age
fighting for our freedom
scared of everything that moved

I am thankful that Gator didn't give up on doing
what he loves to do *besides grilling* this is
his 2nd passion, I am his first :)

Day 9 I am thankful that we got to see this yesterday

A giant 13 barge and ship approaching
Lock n Dam 18  Inola OK
there is 18 locks between Rosedale, MS
and Inola OK

This is the most inland lock, as Port of
Catoosa, is the most inland PORT

Waiting patiently for her arrival in the lock

and were in, this process took about an hour
as it had to break some of the barges
away in order to fit.












Wow this ship was way bigger than
we first thought
Yes, it is considered a ship as it has
its own boat  They are actually
called tugboats.
This one has 3 large engines

Thankful Thursday

What a wonderful day today is

I am doing a 30 days thankful as November is the Thankful month
since I loafed around and forgot to post on my blog :(

Day 1 I am thankful for Gator being cancer free and our friends who are
like family to us

 Gator is now cancer free the fight was real
Gator gave it heck, for the last 10 months
suffering from anxiety, depression, anger
you name it it happened.  But, thanks for
healing hands of our Heavenly Father, prayers,
dr's he is now in pain no more.

They are the ones who had the bike
wreck little over a month ago
Frog is the one who had the massive seizure
three weeks ago this coming Tuesday
these 2 are more like family than any friend
could ever be


















Day 2  I am thankful for finding true love and ultimate happiness  Thank you
Gator for making this possible

Day 3

 One of our first pics being back together
after 35 yrs (this was before Gator
was diagnosed with Stage 4 cancer

We are so blessed each and every day

Love being silly, we love
have fun, this was on way to
a dr appt. 

 My mom, has put a huge fight herself since
dad died on 2015-8-21 her and dad were married
60 yrs 8 months and 3 days

Gators mom so thankful she loves me as her own
