Tuesday 921 4 weeks post surgery

 Hi all first of all thank you for the comments on the last post!!! Sorry I didn't get them answered.

4 weeks post surgery (this thur)  I am a bout to go out of my mind from boredom, tried doing some photos over the weekend (wrong) hard to use a camera (not cell) with 1 hand.  Can only play my fb games for about 20 mins (on the laptop one handed)  I am not having a pitty party.   Just wanting you to understand why I am not blogging regularly.    I have a follow up appt on the 12 of OCT then therapy may not begin until the end of Nov depending on how the dr thinks it is doing.

my animals have sure loved having mom with them all the time.   

Please keep praying over me finding a place to move to, before winter time, I CAN"T Stay in this rat hole another winter.  Had another dr appt per ss today, please keep praying about that they just keep dragging their feet.

on a bright note*  I have had no post surgery pain, other than the normal.

ortho report

had follow up appt with ortho this am.   Got to take the pillow part off yay!!! that thing is hot and very uncomfortable, at night almost suffocating feeling.

we will not know for 3 months if the surgery was a success, however I am believing thru faith that everything is going to be fine.   PT will not start until then, as the dr. said if they get too aggressive it will be to late, for my shoulder.   As you may recall we are avoiding replacement.   He did a lot of reconstructive surgery as I told prior didn't know the extent until today,  he took some bone spurs off my collar bone, the shoulder head, cleaned out the marrow (it was severely inflamed) then attached the 3 tendons with screws, and 3 different sets of stitches all trying to keep it stabilized so that it can heal properly

thank you in advance  for the prayers and please keep them coming as I have a long road ahead

 My preacher is picking up my online grocery order (Ive never done this so a little nervous) and my rx's.  

I applied for federal money to help with rent, and utilities,  I got approved for all   Will pay my rent thru April    this is truly a blessing since most of you know how my landlord is.

will pay my electric and internet for the same time period

Now, please pray my SS gets handled properly1  my case manager is giving me the run around

1 week post surgery

 Still no pain!!PTL    drove to bible study last night was almost to much!  not having pillows to prop on.   please pray I can get somebody to come take me to the grocery store

surgery went well

 no after surgery pain only an ache.  4 days post surgery only 5 pain pills.  

thank you for the prayers.  Sling/pillow is my new friend possibly 6 weeks

they put 4 screws into the tendons to hold into place.     let the total complete healing begin
