spring is in the air

oh how I love spring, the beautiful flowers, beautiful smells,
birds singing and playing in the rain, crickets chirping,
beautiful sunsets, geese flying north for cooler weather, drives
in the country, starry nights, sitting on the porch absorbing all the
beauty and neighborhood sounds.

this is dad and his 2 living brothers (dad sitting)
in the blue jacket is dad's twin they are 82
uncle in the brown jacket is 89 first time
all 3 have been together in a very long time

This is mom n dad (sitting) and dad's twin brother
both celebrating their 60th in Dec  mom n dad was the 18th
aunt and uncle was the 28th...(we had a double anniversary
for them)  it took a long time planning for this double party
but was a blast in the long run...Do you know how hard it
is to bring two families together?  was so much fun meeting
people for the first time, and getting reacquainted with cousins.
For the next couple weeks I will be posting the pics from the
anniversary
